Blogging

Posted on 09:28 by suresh kumar
Hi!

I'm Emma and I've just graduated from the University of York with a degree in French and Linguistics and I have finally jumped on the blogging bandwagon!!
I've been meaning to start one for ages due to the number of people who keep telling me to (they probably want me to keep the food photos off facebook!) and I have now actually got round to it! I'm really excited to have somewhere I can go on and on about food without annoying people (hopefully!)!
Here I am with a selection of starters at one of my favourite restaurants in York!

I absolutely love food and eating out. During exams my revision breaks tended to be googling restaurant menus and deciding where to eat and what I would have, whenever I meet up with friends it is usually for food and I flood my facebook news feed with photos of food. Therefore I thought it was high time to transfer to the blogging world and write all about the food I eat too!

With my friends and fellow food lovers Clare and Annie

Most of the blog posts will probably be retrospective at first as I have built up such a collection of photos over the years, but I will obviously keep visiting restaurants and adding more recent ones too!
As I said, I was in York for University so there will be a lot of entries for restaurants up there, and I lived in Toulouse (one of the best places for food I have ever been!) for my year abroad so I'm hoping my posts about restaurants there might encourage people to go! My brother is also at university at St. Andrews which has a brilliant selection of places to eat so I will try and feature as many of them as possible too!

I hope my blog might give people some ideas of places to eat which they wouldn't otherwise have found!

Hope you enjoy reading it!!
